The beaches in the Santorini Island –
There are some beautiful beaches in the Santorini Island. Below here is a list of the beaches.
● The White Beach
Only from the sea are available. From Akrotiri or from the Red Beach by boat you can get there. By getting of the boat and walking through the water at about your waist that starts is the only way because there is no pier. With only a few beds it is very small.

● The Red Beach
From Fira to reach the Red Beach or the Akrotiri it’s worth taking the bus and to get here over the very rocky trials then climbing though here as well make their way various schooners and water taxies. Towering above you in the cliff face from the iron rich sedimentary rocks its name Red Beach earns, as well as also for the red sands. This Beach is crowded, for €8 you can rent a pair of chaise lounges and an umbrella, though nearby some good free space there is also by midday that gets packed. Quite are gravelly near the shore of the water the first few meters, so on some stones to step be prepared. Frequently are topless the woman. From the beach can be seen many distant yachts, at sunset time really it looks romantic. As with the Perissa is present an abundance of sea life the great snorkeling. Seem to have no running water or electricity on Red Beach into the caves which are the tavernas built, so the hand sanitizer bring along if there you use the washrooms or if you eat.

● The Amoudi
With sand a beach this is not really, but reachable from Oia this is a swimming are which is wonderfully secluded. Around the far side of Oia there is a road to a small parking lot which lead down. From there past a few small restaurants on foot you can reach the swimming area. On a large rock there is also a platform for swim to and dive off that people can.
