Blue Lagoon: Travel beautiful natural blue lagoon in Oludeniz (Part – 1)

About the Blue Lagoon, Oludeniz, Turkey:
For the Blue Lagoon which is famous in Turkey near the Fethiye a town is the Oludeniz. For the mass tourism a magnet became the area before as the Belcegiz or Belcekiz was known locally by the Blue Lagoon the beaches and the village, what the Belcekiz is about that have no idea in this area many people today and as Oludeniz are known both the lagoon as well as the town, ‘dead sea’ which means literally and itself to the lagoon only referred originally.

The Hisaronu and Ovacik the former villages there are from the Oludeniz about 2 kilometer north inland, a decade ago only guesthouses of family run with occasional, but of bars and hotel sprawls of concrete are today, of Oludeniz with the town a gap without almost agglomerated. Between the Oludeniz and Fethiye minibus or dolmus service of very frequent there is also. To each of the destination their prices who advertise now there are lots of yellow taxi’s in addition. Though are fine the Dolmus and from A-B to get cost 5 TL only.

From the otogar which can see the visitors the PO petrol station of red of the nearby in front from the otogar leaves the dolmus from Fethiye. Bus shelters of designated where there are in Fethiye the main road along various stops it makes also.

What to see and do at the Blue Lagoon:
Around 6 PM by the evening is shut to the beach the access in Blue Lagoon. As the ‘dead sea’ literally known in Turkish because of the water the stillness, a natural preserve is the lagoon. Per person of 5TL a fee there is to enter the park. You can also hire the beach chair and umbrella which will cost you 6 TL for chair and 5 TL for the umbrella in addition. The sugar beach you can try. To the lagoon area here is free for the entry and with the beanbags and cushions huts and a day for 30 TL can be had in shade. 10 people easily can get in and as required to your table is served the drink and food.

Nearby Mount Abadan from the summit the opportunities of paragliding offers in the Oludeniz a number of companies, from the elevation of the sea the mount is about 1,900 meters high.
