How to get in the Sundarbans:
From Dhaka and Khulna of Bangladesh safaris are available. For a week an overnight trip ranging from and to experience the Sundarbans probably are the best way.
From the Munsiganj to Satkhira , Khulna or Mongla is possible to organize your own trip if you can shrewd negotiation it’s cheaper, worth the hassle questionably. In Khulna from the Divisional Forest Office the visitors need a permit. In hand with the permit, to get the visitors to the Hiron Point from Mongla or Dhangmari it’s possible to hire a boat. The visitors will have to hire a guide into the Sundarbans to take you in from the Hiron Point.
From Mongla the day trips are not very well, and if possible better avoid it. For a boat down after negotiating the price only slightly less ridiculous to something probably taken to the Karamjal Wildlife Center, where to feed there are some tame deer and a few monkeys, snakes and crocs in the cage to see. Filled with depressed animals to see a rundown zoo all this way you didn’t come surely. For the trip the less than TK 200 boatmen seem to want, and for the foreigners the center fee is about 750 TK (about $9) for per day.
From the Kolkata in India, to the Canning (64 kilometers) can take the visitors the suburban trains from where for Sundarbans are available the launch service. Otherwise to reach Raidighi (76 kilometers), Najat (92 kilometers), Sonakhali (100 kilometers) and Namkhana (105 kilometers), from these places to the Sundarbans motor boat will take the visitor.
