After Part – 2
At the Kaaba what to see:
By the Ibrahim (the Abraham) and his son Ismail (the Ishmael) the Black Stone was found with which to build the Kaaba when they were searching for stones, according to the belief of Muslim. Its worth they recognize and one of the cornerstone of the building made it.
To the history of stone worship point the secular historians, and in pre-Islamic Arabia the meteorite worship especially, and that the Stone is a meteorite say that it is likely. But without removing and examining the Stone cannot be tested this hypothesis of course, but its guardians which would not be permitted.
As to the meaning and status of the Black Stone there are various opinions within Islam. As just a stone many regard the Stone. When the second Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab to kiss the stone came, in front of the all assembled he said that, “You are a stone I know that, no doubt about that and can neither benefit anyone nor harm anyone. Kissing you the Allah’s Messenger had I not seen, kissed you I would not have”.
Follow Umar many Muslims, in Muhammad in a spirit of trust to the Black Stone they pay their respects, in the Black Stone itself not with any belief. As a marker the stone is best considered some say that, one has performed of the ritual circumambulations (the tawaf) useful in keeping count.
But has supernatural powers the stone itself to believe that other Muslims are more inclined. During the time of Adam and Eve it fell from the sky some hold that, and into itself by absorbing of their sins to cleanse the worshippers that it has the power. Once a pure and dazzling white was the Black Stone and over the years it has absorbed because of the sins it has turned black they said that. The believer’s minor sins can only erase that the stone still other believe. In favor of those who kissed it before Allah (God) the Stone will testify on the Day of Judgement. By all Muslims are not shared such folk beliefs.
At the Kaaba the events and festivals:
For the ceremony of the “cleaning of the Ka’ba” twice a year the Kaaba is opened. Before the start of the month of Ramadan roughly fifteen days this ceremony takes place and before the start of the annual pilgrimage the same period of time.
